Bullying

Bully is the worst thing in the world. It's when a bigger kid picks on a little kid. Mostly when the bully has something going on in their life and they want to try to find a way to let all their anger out. Or maybe it is because, parents are getting a divorce, or problems are going on at home. Schools have been trying to resolve bullying problems by taking serve, and doing lessons on bullying during gym class. Also watching videos to show what bullying looks like to have kids get a good understanding of it incase they see it going on, so they could report it to a teacher to try to resolve it. Bullying does happen at the Pewaukee School District, it can take place in any grade. At ASA Clark Middle School it does happen a lot. The teachers have seen that kids never really report bullying if they see if because, the kids think the are tattle tailing on the person doing the bullying. I think it was a good idea to have kids be able go on to a survey we have on are laptops and report anything they see going on during the school day. Which is nice because, the teachers do it so people won't no about it or it doesn't seem weird if a teacher pulls a student aside why walking with friends. Gym class we have a coarse where the teachers will do a segment on bullying. Also because, to show what bullying looks likes but also to show what a person should do if they are the person being bullied. Teachers and staff are just trying the keep the school a better place so we don't have problems going on every day. I think that since the bullying thing started with the teachers getting more involved, the school has been starting to get better at resolving the bullying problems.
