Could you handle like how John Smith did when his mother died when he was only 36 years old?
I think that he did worry a lot because he knew that because of his mom’s cancer that her time was up very soon. Even though she was not afraid. I think that I could not handle my mom dyeing when I am 36 years old. Reason is because, she is a very important person in my life, and my mom would always hels me make good decisions, helps me get through things, and always knows what to do in a bad situation. If my mom’s time was up because of some disease and she had passed away I don’t know how I would feel after. I probably would feel like; even though I would have best friends to talk to, I wouldn’t be able to talk to the person who helped me the most besides my dad but she was the most helpful part of my life and I couldn’t imagine losing her. Otherwise, I would think god just took her away for no reason.

Narrative Poem
The month of April always feels like you're in a ocean
Since April rains so much
almost everyday
Making the sidewalks so wet
the streets with huge puddles
mud every where on the grass
Flowers all dead on the ground
It's rarely lucky to have to sun shine down
April can feel like you're in a ocean
After the raining month comes a very warm and colorful month
When the sun starts to shine and the water starts to go away
The rain from April will start to make
Beautiful
Colorful
Pretty
May Flowers

5/6/11
What does the poem mean? Why is the poem important? How did it make you feel?
I'm nobody! Who are you?
Are you nobody, too?
Then there's a pair of us — don't tell!
They'd banish us, you know.
How dreary to be somebody!
How public, like a frog
To tell your name the livelong day
To an admiring bog!
I think that this poem means, that the person is telling the poem as a nobody. Talking to another person asking if they are to. Why also telling like how it is everyday "To tell your name the livelong day". I think that the person who wrote this also made it important because, they are showing the reader if I'm nobody how would it be to be somebody. For how the author wrote the poem it made me feel like, if your a nobody how they feel they are out of place and how werid it would be to be someone.
